Free LinkGather WordPress Plugin



This plugin will allow you to export the URL's for all your blogs posts in Excel format.

Download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the URL below:

Once you have activated the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

Step by Step Guide


A new tab on the left side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available to you:

If you click on the Home option, this will navigate to the plugins home page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links option to navigate you to the page that will show all of your blog websites published posts’ links. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the link list, you should see that LinkGather has click here also added up how many post URL read more you have.

You then also have the option to download the articles in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing back published posts, it will bring back published pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has gathered:
